The Longmont Studio Tour is a yearly open studio event featuring the work of over 50 local painters, potters, photographers and jewelry artists. The client wanted this year’s brochure to be edgy so I angled the text, used a grunge paint effect throughout and created a colorful, nearly psychedelic cover using artwork from the artists on the tour.

Cornerstone was founded by a group of college students on the Illinois State University campus to help bring a young, fresh perspective on faith to the student population. Using the group’s name as inspiration, I created a multi-dimensional pocket sized brochure that explained the groups ideas and goals in fresh way.

the only gear logo + hang tag
The Only Gear (TOG) was founded by two energetic professional spelunkers that wanted to bring their ideas for comfortable, rugged gear to the world at large. For their logo I utilized negative space on strong bold letters to imply strength against the roughest of elements.

The client’s ‘flat pack’ designs leave no wasted materials, so I created his logo to be as efficient and thoughtful as his designs by combining the ‘J’ and ‘M’ into one fluid piece.
